VODACOM YATOA SOMO KWA MAWAKALA WA M-PESA WA MKOA DAR ES SALAAM!

Mkuu wa kitengo cha mauzo ya Vodacom m-pesa Franklin Bagala,akiongea na Mawakala wa m-pesa wa Mkoa wa Dares Salaam katika semina iliyoandaliwa na Vodacom Tanzania,mahususi kwa mawakala hao kujifunza namna ya  kutoa huduma zilizo bora za m-pesa kwa wateja wao,Semina hiyo ilifanyika kwa siku mbili katika ukumbi wa Karimjee jijini.
Mmoja wa mawakala wa mkoa wa Dares Salaam akiinua mkono kuuliza swala katika semina ya mawakala wa m-pesa wa mkoa wa Dares Salaam iliyoandaliwa na Vodacom Tanzania,mahususi kwa mawakala hao kwa ajili ya kutoa huduma bora za m-pesa kwa wateja wao,Semina hiyo ilifanyika kwa siku mbili katika ukumbi wa Karimjee jijini.
Baadhi ya Mawakala wa Vodacom m-pesa wa Mkoa wa Dares Salaam wakimsikiliza Mkuu wa kitengo cha mauzo ya Vodacom m-pesa Franklin Bagala(hayupo pichani)katika semina iliyoandaliwa na Vodacom Tanzania,mahususi kwa mawakala hao kwa ajili ya kutoa huduma bora za m-pesa kwa wateja wao,Semina hiyo ilifanyika kwa siku mbili katika ukumbi wa Karimjee jijini.

Vodacom Tanzania has made major upgrading its m-pesa system in order to cope with the pace and growing demands of the service in the country. Following the upgrading; customers of Vodacom m-pesa are now experiencing higher quality services with speed while doing transactions.Vodacom Tanzania Managing Director Mr. Rene Meza has said that upgrading and improvement that took place in December last year is a within normal company plan which is regularly done to ensure best service to customers.


"It is possible that there were slight challenges that customers were facing in using the m-pesa service. I am thrilled to see that we are continually improving the service and we will keep on doing so every time”. Said Mr. Meza. Mr. Meza said throughout end of year season m-pesa services had been available with more speed and quality thus continues to be a very important element in changing the lives of people through mobile phone technology.


"We always live by our commitment of providing excellent service for our esteemed customers. We will continue to do so regularly in line with giving priority to security together with enhancing our speed of creativity and innovation to our products". He said. Vodacom m-pesa is one of the most remarkable phenomenal services in the country first by Vodacom that has managed to make business ease, create employment opportunities and changing people’s lives within a short period of time of its commencement.


Vodacom m-pesa was the first mobile money service to be introduced in the country in April 2008 and since then the service has been exponentially growing and remains helpful to people everywhere every time.
To date the services has more than nine million subscribers who are able to transact conveniently through using their mobile phones to buy air time, pay taxes, send and receive money, pay bills for utilities and other listed services registered with the m-pesa.
